Role Description

Want to do something worthwhile with your free time? Do you have your own car and a little patience? You can make a difference to low income families in the Greater Manchester area by becoming a volunteer driver for Transport for Sick Children. The role involves picking the family and parent/carer up taking them to the appointment and returning them home after the appointment has finished. The role is flexible you decide how much time you want to give and expenses are re imbursed.

Benefit to the volunteer

Helping sick children get to hospital appointments. Some families cannot afford transport so without our help they would not get to vital hospital or clinic appointments.
