Fundraiser

at Sovereign House GH

Role Description

As a fundraiser at Sovereign House GH, you'll lead fundraising activities working to raise vital funds to support the work we do and help to raise awareness of our initiatives both in the UK and Ghana. You'll be working alongside the Manager and the rest of the team to promote the work of our charity and seek beneficial opportunities for the organisation. The range and frequency of fundraising events is determined by the members themselves.

You will also work with a list of possible grants available to the charity, drafting applications, and potentially liaising with new and existing funding partners. You may be responsible for communicating activity and tracking data to these partners, as they ensure funds are utilised according to their guidelines.

This is a great opportunity to advance your management skills; whether that be events management, management of volunteer initiatives or liaising with external organisations.
