Role Description

The role of a Volunteer Telephone Receptionist is an important role – you will make a significant contribution to ensuring clients are able to access our services for advice when they need it.

Type of Activity: Ongoing

Suitability: Suitable for 18 year olds and over

Time commitment

One full day per week (one full day or two half days) for a minimum six-month period. We require support between 9.30am – 4.30pm, Monday – Thursday.

Availability: Monday Morning, Monday Afternoon

Ward: Bury East/Central (Elton, Moorside, Redvales)

You will also receive support from a range of other colleagues and are invited to attend full staff team meetings
