Role Description

We are looking for a brand new team of Enquiries Volunteers to come on board and help us with our telephone enquiries at our North Manchester site (Oldham, OL4 2JW).

These volunteers will play a key role in allowing us to answer as many telephone queries as possible and therefore help us to help more cats. Full training will be given and travel expenses can be reimbursed for volunteers coming on board.

Benefit to the volunteer

This role allows volunteers to furthermore develop any existing skill sets that they have whilst also learning new skills along the way. This will all be done in the presence of a friendly and welcoming team here at North Manchester where there is a wealth of knowledge and support from staff and volunteers alike. The centre is relatively new in its operations but is growing its volunteer base all of the time, meaning we have a community of great people all coming together to help as many cats as possible.
