Role Description

We are always looking for new and experienced beekeepers to help with our community apiary.
If you are a complete novice or a retired old hand everyone is welcome.
We have public open hive events 2nd Sunday of each month throughout the beekeeping season (May-September) and weekly inspections depending on weather.

Type of Activity: Ad-hoc, Ongoing, Suitable for individuals to apply, Suitable for groups to apply, In person volunteering

Suitability: Suitable for under 16's, Suitable for 16 and 17 year olds, Suitable for 18 year olds and over

Time commitment

2-3 hours, very variable very flexible

Availability: Ad-Hoc
Is this role available at multiple locations? No
Role Location: Summerseat Island off hill street and kay street.
Ward: Bury North (Ramsbottom, North Manor, Tottington)
