Monitoring & Case Studies
This 1 ½ hour session will be led by Anne Fleming, Grants Officer for Bury VCFA .
It will cover a number of areas around grant monitoring and reporting back to funders including:
• What is monitoring and why is it needed?
• The grant funding cycle – where monitoring , evaluation and reporting back to funders fits into the cycle
• Preparing for and planning monitoring and reporting back.

By the end of this session, you will have a greater understanding of how to evidence your amazing work to the grant funders satisfaction. We will also offer a certificate of attendance.
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about further support available from Bury VCFA.
Who is this session for?
The training is for volunteers working with Bury-based Volunteer, Community & Faith Organisations, who wish to learn more about how to complete monitoring documents.
Please be aware that we can only allow two people per organisation.
