Designing an Effective Feedback Form

In this interactive online session, you will learn how to design an effective feedback to evaluate the quality of your activities.

This practical session will look at ways to help you design an effective feedback form to evaluate the quality of your activities.

Katherine Warburton-Gibb, our Capacity Building Development Officer will be running the session.

The session covers:

  • How to collect different types of feedback
  • How to design a short feedback form
  • The best ways to format results for reporting

By the end of the session you will have further understanding on collecting different types of feedback and the skiils to design your own feedback form.

Who is this session for?
The training is for organisations working with Bury-based Volunteer, Community & Faith Organisations, be it a small charity or social enterprise. We can only have two people per organisation attend. If you need more members to attend, please contact us directly to see how we can support this.

All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.
