Health and Safety Awareness

This practical session will look at ways to stay safe whilst volunteering. By looking at Health and Safety guidance and procedures you will have a better understanding of what is expected. 

Adam will be running the session.

The session covers:

• General safety awareness

• Emergency response

• Incident reporting

• Volunteer organisation responsibility

• Risk assessments

Who is this session for?
The training is for volunteers living or volunteering in Bury and for organisations working with Bury-based Volunteer, Community & Faith Organisations, be it a small charity or social enterprise. We can only have two people per organisation attend. If you need more members to attend, please contact us directly to see how we can support this.

All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.
