Business Planning
Clarifying the 'why bother' and 'how do I make it easier to do' questions around planning, this introductory session will show how creating plans can offer unexpected benefits, help build interest and support from others, and also make sure that you can get most use from the end result.
Adrian Ashton is endorsed by the Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship for his approach to business planning, and also trains other sector advisers on how they can best work with groups to develop their own plans. A blog post he wrote about why you shouldn't waste time writing a business plan 15 years ago, has been read by 1 person on average each day since.
