AI for everyday admin: save time, stay organised

We are currently living through a boom in AI technology which is increasingly impacting on our day to day lives - including our work. Join this introductory session to see what all the hype is about and learn how you can harness the benefits of AI to support your work.

This online session will be led by Inclusive Bytes CIC - a social enterprise from Oldham supporting VCSE organisations to make better use of digital tech to fulfil their social mission.

What this session will cover:

• Introductory briefing - what's all the hype about with AI? How can it help me? Are there any risks or pitfalls to watch out for?
• How to use AI tools to write reports, manage to-do lists, prep for meetings and reduce the 'admin overload'
• Quick wins to automate repetitive admin without needing tech skills
• Tips on protecting sensitive data and using AI efficiently

Once you have got to grips with the basics and get more confident using the right prompts, you can start to use AI in all sorts of ways that can reap benefits for your organisation!

Who is this session for?
The session is aimed at Bury-based 'social economy' organisations - social enterprises, trading charities and co-operatives. If there are spare spaces, places will also be offered to any VCSE group based in Bury. 

We can only have two people per organisation attend. If you need more members to attend, please contact us directly to see how we can support this.

All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance upon request.
