Volunteer Passport - May

This 2 hour session is open to anyone who is or wants to volunteer in the Borough of Bury. It is a mix of face to face and then has optional online learning.

The Volunteer Passport is course aimed at preparing people to start a voluntary role, or to refresh learning for current volunteers. It provides a record of knowledge, skills and understanding which is designed to be continuously updated. The purpose of a volunteer passport is to save time for both the volunteer and the organisation by reducing the need to repeat training. It can also improve the volunteer experience by reducing the amount of information volunteers need to provide and allowing them to be onboarded more quickly.
