In the digital age there is an overwhelming amount of statistical data available at the click of a button. In this session we will seek to overcome the overwhelm - exploring what’s out there and how you can use stats to help:

• evidence need for your project or service
• support with service design
• strengthen a funding application  

Indices of Multiple Deprivation…Census data…Joint Strategic Needs Assessment…Bury Neighbourhood Profiles. You’ve likely heard of at least some of these before?

In this session we will explore some of the key data sets out there and leave you feeling more confident in how you can harness the power of statistics in your work.

This session is designed for Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations based in or working in the Bury borough.
